Appeal tribunal representation

Appeal tribunal representation

Do you disagree with the decision made about your disability or sickness benefit.  If you want to challenge the decision you can appeal against it but first you have to request a mandatory reconsideration and the decision will be looked at again. You can only make an appeal when you have the mandatory reconsideration notice decision. Decisions usually need to be challenged within one month of the date of the decision,  however, this can be extended up to thirteen months in some circumstances.

The appeals process is complex and the DWP have had millions of pounds of extra funding made available to them to  increase the number of presenting officers acting for the department at the appeal tribunal hearings.

Our expert specialist advisers have been representing and assisting clients with appeals for over 20 years and can assist you with your appeal.

We can help to prepare your case and put you in the best position to win your appeal. Whatever stage you are at we can step in and  advise and assist you.

We will prepare you for the appeal and provide a written submission and be available for the tribunal on the day.

Representation at appeal hearings in some limited cases may not be needed especially if the case has been well prepared and presented to the tribunal. The fee for this service is £150.00

We reserve the right to withdraw representation if we consider your appeal has no prospects of success.

Please note: As we are a Merseyside company, we only offer representation for Merseyside and the surrounding areas
